Recommended for today is Black Butler, known as Kuroshitsuji in Japanese, a shotocon manga about a demonic butler in servitude to a young boy master. It is almost reminiscent of Hellsing's Alucard, in that the demon (Alucard often refers to himself as a demon) is subservient to a master with little early explanation of why.
