Recommended for today is Black Butler, known as Kuroshitsuji in Japanese, a shotocon manga about a demonic butler in servitude to a young boy master. It is almost reminiscent of Hellsing's Alucard, in that the demon (Alucard often refers to himself as a demon) is subservient to a master with little early explanation of why. The butler Sebastian also acts and someone presents himself like the vampire Alucard, in that he seems more powerful than any foe and uses some creative methods to save the day from time to time. Regardless, I highly recommend you check it out.
